Before order confirmation
A draft request can be changed in your bag before it is sent. If you have already sent a WhatsApp enquiry, explain the revised designs, quantities or specifications so the conversation stays clear. Do not rely on deleting a local bag item to cancel a message that was already sent.
Before production or dispatch
Once an order is confirmed, discuss the current stage before assuming a change is possible. Artwork preparation, material allocation, production and dispatch can affect the available options. Any agreed cost or revised total should be explained before you approve the change.
Custom artwork approvals
Check spelling, dimensions, orientation, quantities and the specification before approving a custom proof. Tell us about corrections while they can still be considered. A later request to alter approved work needs to be reviewed against the actual stage of the order.
