Follow the confirmed product requirements
Care depends on the material, print, surface and intended use. Keep any instructions agreed with your order. Do not assume that a care method for one product also applies to a different finish, panel, mug, garment or adhesive.
Gentle cleaning
Use an appropriate gentle cleaning method and avoid abrasion or aggressive chemicals unless they have been confirmed as suitable. Test cautiously where the surface allows it. A printed design and its base material may have different sensitivities.
Mugs and drinkware
Ask about the mug format and the print before choosing a washing method or exposing it to heat. Dishwasher and microwave suitability should be confirmed for the actual item; a catalogue picture is not an assurance of either.
Fabric products
Confirm fabric, print and washing requirements for aprons and patterned face masks. Fit, straps and fastenings should be checked before use. Avoid treating all printed fabric items as having identical construction or care needs.
Removing adhesive products
Removal behaviour depends on the adhesive, age, exposure and underlying surface. Proceed cautiously and use a method suitable for the object. Residue-free removal or protection of a delicate coating should not be assumed without specific confirmation.
When something goes wrong
Stop using a method that appears to damage the print or surface. Contact us with the product code, material, approximate age, placement and clear photographs. Those details are more useful than trying several increasingly aggressive cleaning or removal methods.
