Colour and finish
Screen settings, lighting, print processes and materials can affect appearance. Matte, gloss, metallic styling and a metal or acrylic substrate are different choices. Discuss a critical colour match or finish requirement before approving production.
Safety-related messages
A sign’s wording or icon does not by itself establish certification or suitability for every workplace. Industrial, fire, traffic and other specialist locations can have specific requirements. Confirm the appropriate design, viewing distance, material, placement and any applicable site requirement before ordering.
Surfaces and device compatibility
A pictured skin or adhesive design is not a promise that it fits every device or adheres safely to every surface. Exact model, measurements, cut-outs, exposure and removal requirements should be checked before the order is agreed.
Illuminated and supported products
Neon designs, mirrors, panels and displays can require specific power, support or mounting arrangements. Confirm those details and obtain appropriate installation help where needed. Do not infer that fixings, frames or power components are included unless stated in the agreed specification.
Questions before purchase
Open the product, read the choices and ask about anything important to the intended use. A clear written specification before payment is more useful than assumptions based on a styled photograph. Nothing on this page removes rights relating to an incorrect or defective product.
